Russia Needs Regime Change If there are members of Russian leadership concerned with their nation's and its citizens' future, they should facilitate Putin's arrest. He should be charged with crimes against humanity and massive theft of state funds, and put on trial.

Mean Tweets Vs King Coal If a Republican lies about a Democrat, the political punditsphere shrugs its shoulders and moves on. If a Democrat states an inconvenient truth about a Republican, then we have a story!

Trump's Impeachment Trial Closing Defense Statement "In summary, you must acquit Donald J. Trump on all charges - not because he is innocent, but because he's absolutely unequivocally guilty! As precedent, I sight my client's first impeachment trial."

Joe, the Honeymoon's Over The impending Trump impeachment trial in the Senate is much more than holding Trump accountable. More than Trump, the Republican Party is on trial. It really could be its last hurrah. As it stands, Trumpism has necessitated the abandonment of any pretense of participation in American democracy - in the case of unwanted election results, the options are either baseless nullification or violent overthrow of government.

OMG, the My Pillow Guy Tried to Advise Grifter-OTUS on Martial Law No doubt, Trump is spending his final hours in the White House feverishly attempting to devise a master plan to leverage the presidential pardon system to cover his rear-end in preparation for a category five karma storm possibly headed his way. Trump apparently didn't have time to peruse Lindell's latest BSC election conspiracies.

The Revolution will be Televised Only in a Trump presidency could the nerve center of a government that spends north of $700B per year on defense be left completely vulnerable to a motley crew of seditious dead-enders.

The Road to Autocracy is paved with Psycopaths What happens when the influences of Ronald Reagan, Rupert Murdoch and Mark Zuckerberg converge? Well, it isn't pretty - as in American democracy on life support with the Republican Party seemingly hell-bent on pulling the plug.

They Cheated and Lost, and Now They're Crying "Fraud"! A third-rate reality show host and his traitorous enablers will apparently be prevented - for the time being, anyway - from applying the coup de grace to the U.S.'s 230+ yr. experiment in constitutional democracy, and over 70 million citizens of the United States will bemoan that fact.

Trump Wants To Throw Rocks at Your Kids Unless Covid cases decline drastically during the next six weeks or less, (and, there's absolutely no reason to believe they will) the U.S. is definitely in uncharted territory vis-à-vis reopening schools.

Mr. Pence meet Mr. Orwell Out of necessity, Trump couldn't show his face or open his mouth - his polling doesn't have a whole lot of room to go further south. If Pence is a cipher, Trump is a negative integer - a large negative integer.

Who Put This Idiot in Charge? With the almost limitless bench of sociopathic grifters at the Republican Party's disposal, it somehow managed to insinuate the person least capable of negotiating a natural (or unnatural) disaster into the White House.

Will U.S. Empire Succumb To The Incoherence Of Its Delusional Red and Blue Tribes? Unfortunately, we're now witnessing the rise of a competing gas-lit narrative aimed at another delusional cult-- the supporters of Joe Biden

It's Mueller Time (Again) Republicans used to say they wanted to run government like a "business". No one could have imagined that the 'business' they ended up emulating would be a Trump business.
