Tuesday, May 8, 2018Trump Welshes on the 'Iran Deal.' Why?" Trump's foreign policy often seems governed by what he said on the campaign trail. There was even less thinking-through-of-a-problem and coming-up-with-some-rational-solution to it than there is in his Administration. And so, one of Trumps' repeated ringing statements, which he applied liberally to just about any Obama-Administration initiative he could bring into play, over-and-over again, was what a terrible Deal it was.

Not So Fast As the Trump Presidency seems to be sliding into the mud in the real world (although not in the Alternative Reality of Right-Wing TV and talk radio) and Republican policies (or lack thereof, e.g. the "massive infrastructure program") are becoming increasingly unpopular, there is much talk of a "Blue Wave" coming in the 2018 Congressional elections. But then again, maybe not. And here's one reason possibly why not.

I got through Chapter 6, Part 1 of the series. Then for a variety of reasons I brought a halt to the project. Now I am re-starting it, from the beginning, with the full intention of seeing through to the end, sometime in 2019.
