Proponents of Health Care Reform boast about the recent expansion of "universal" coverage. However, roughly 15,000 Americans will still be left out--and their treatment will remain optional by the insurance companies. The worst part, however, is that their voluntary treatment plan will cost the tax payers millions, whereas mandating treatment won't cost us a dime.
