Why it is illegal to use U.S. government funding to argue with extreme Islam about the meaning of its religion. It is now legal to shoot a terrorist with USG-supplied equipment, but not to argue with him about his or her religion with USG financed material. This is due to a mistaken reading of the Establishment Clause.
