Saudi Women's Rights Activist Persecuted by Misogynistic Sunni Muslim Government Loujain al-Hathloul is a women's rights activist in Saudi Arabia. She was arrested in 2018 for using her human rights of free speech. She went through a two-week hunger strike to protest Saudi officials torturing her and not allowing her to see her parents. Her case was transferred to a new and more brutal court. A change of thinking is required for an end to religious misogyny and brutality.
