The Vietnamese American Bar Association of Northern California (VABANC) and the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Southern California (VABASC) today jointly sent a letter to President George W. Bush (see attached file and below ) , requesting the President to condemn Vietnam's recent arrest of American democracy activist, Cong Thanh Do, as an attempt to chill free speech in America.
