Is the Eleventh Circuit Court fencing with the United Stated Supreme Court in the Siegelman-Scrushy case? One can only hope that the Supreme Court, this time when wielding its sword, does not refer it back to the Eleventh Circuit again. If they do it will be clear they are playing and fencing with Mr. Siegelman and Mr. Scrushy's lives caught in the middle. It is time for the Supreme Court to rule on this matter, once and for all, and quit fencing with the Eleventh Circuit with Asword and a Buckler.

A Closer Look at U.S. Solicitor General Elena Kagan as She Weighs in On Siegelman Case It is hard to imagine how a person in her position could understand the plight of Mr. Siegelman & Mr. Scrushy,as she has never represented an innocent person who was charged with a crime they did not commit and tried their case in its entirety.It is my hope that the parties of this matter will give her all the evidence so she can review it.I think she has clearly been led down the wrong path by the embedded Bushes in the DOJ.

Are Alabama Democrats being mislead into believing that Senator Shelby can block with a blue slip the appointment of an For far too long Alabama Democrats have been politically targeted by a small group of Republicians called, "the Alabama Gang". And after all, it was not the Alabama Republicans who voted for President Obama. In fact, they did everything they could to defeat him. The time has come for President Obama to support the Alabama Democrats in their fight against Richard Shelby and Jeff Sessions and "the Alabama Gang".

Did Greg Craig Dress Sonia Sotomayor Like A Barbie Doll for Her Nomination Ceremony? How many male lawyers appointed to the bench of the US Supreme Court have been vetted to determine if their clothes were appropriate for their nomination ceremony?Ms. Sotomayor should have told the White House and whomever it was that if they trusted her with the cases in the highest court in the land that they should trust her with what she herself selected to wear to her nomination ceremony to the Supreme Court.

Holder Has More Conflicts of Interest Everyone should call Attorney General Holder's office and let him know the jig is up. He should get out of the Siegelman Scrushy case and make arrangements for Obama to appoint a new special counsel to review and oversee the Siegelman and Scrushy case since Holder has already admitted his old firm represents Mr. William Welch and it might be a conflict.

Eric Holder's Conflict of Interest Shame on AG Holder!He had an ethical duty to tell the citizens of America he had a conflict in investigating all these cases and all the torture cases.Instead,he tried to ignore it or hide it instead of doing the right thing and getting out of the cases.He has ignored to date all the Dems in this country who are complaining that they were politically targeted by the RNC and Rove.Innocent men are in jail& he has played games.

Should Senator Jeff Sessions Serve On The the Senate Judiciary Committee? But after all that is said, what blows my mind most is that Mr. Sessions sits on the Senate Judiciary Committee, knowing full well that he is part of the Siegelman matter and, to my knowledge, has never recused himself from this issue. He receives all the documents everyone else does on that committee - even though he could have been a party or defendant in the case.

A strange twist of fate for Richard Scrushy When the chips were down he chose to go to jail over testifying against an innocent man and pleading guilty to a crime he did not commit.I thought your readers should know this and I hope they don't forget Richard Scrushy and his family in their prayers as he stood up to a corrupt DoJ and is still fighting today the very system that would have innocent men plead to crimes they did not commit just so our DoJ could save face.
