Release 'Detainees''; Charge and Imprison Bush for Capital Crimes Bush has been given years to make a case against detainees at GITMO, Abu Ghraib, and the little written about gulag archipelego of CIA operated hell holes throughout Eastern Europe. It's time Bush put up or shut up! If Bush cannot make a case, then he should be compelled to release the detainees!

Why were 'first responders' de-contaminated at the Pentagon? Pentagon 'first responders' were 'decontaminated' at the Pentagon. The presence of 'depleted uranium' would explain it. If DU was present at the Pentagon, then 911 was most certainly an 'inside job'!

Why the Bush Government is Illegitimate Gore Vidal stated recently that it may take 100 years to right the many wrongs done this country by one George W. Bush. Of the many blows Bush dealt America, his broad front assault upon the Constitutional rule of law may prove to be the most harmful and lasting.

Liberty Betrayed Thirty-five well-researched articles of impeachment of George W. Bush were read into the Congressional record by Rep. Dennis Kucinich. They were promptly sent to committee where House Speaker Nancy Pelosi hopes they will languish forgotten. Pressure Congress to bring them out for a vote to impeach Bush for high crimes and misdemeanors.

Obama's First Test: Will He Confront Proposed 'New Powers to Spy on Americans'? One is either a part of the solution or a part of a problem. Obama is poised to become a part of the solution, McCain, however, is in an Iraq-like quagmire, forever a part of the problem.

'Genocide by design?' Bush Administration Plans to 'Stay' in Iraq for the Oil Even before the US attack and invasion, the Bush administration was laying the groundwork for one of his most pernicious lies: that the US is opposed in Iraq by terrorists. It was and remains a lie. The opposition to the US 'occupation' is, in fact, legitimate. It is the right of every people to defend a homeland against an aggressor . The US, under Bush, is a terrorist nation and outlaw.

Bush tells another bald-faced whopper, claims he has laid the 'foundation of peace'! Bush claims to have laid the foundations for peace when, in fact, he's laid the foundations for perpetual war, more terrorism, and civil unrest at home and abroad.

Bush's Conspiracy to Create an American Police State: Part I, Police States Begin With False Flag Attacks John Dean makes this chilling point: Nixon, at the height of the Watergate scandal, toyed with the idea of defying the high court, but, in the end thought better of it and resigned. Bush/Cheney, by contrast, won't budge amid declarations that whatever may be alleged against them, they can, themselves "authorize" it and make it legal ?even after the fact. If this holds, the US is now in a dictatorship --a police state!

Why Newt Gingrich is Dead Wrong About Our Rights, Bush, and the Constitution Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich has it backwards again. He claims that Bush had to rescind our rights under the Constitution in order to protect them. What utter bunkum, nonesense, balderdhas and BS!!!!!!!!!

Imminent Arrest of Americans for War Crimes? The Bush administration began working to make legal 'war crimes' long before '911' or the wars of aggression in Afghanistan and Iraq. Legislation sponsored by Tom DeLay would have authorized Bush to attack the Hague should any American find themselves on trial there. Only someone planning to commit war crimes would contemplate such action. It should have been a clue to Bush intentions to wage war for oil.

Bush Lies About 911: A Primer Only the guilty have a personal stake in covering up crime. Few have the resources of state at their command in order to cover up, say, mass murder. Bush, however, could simply order the cover up of 911.

A Lie Called 911: Why A Federal Grand Jury Must Indict Bush and Cheney The co-chairs of the 911 Commission have disowned their report. They don't believe it for several reasons to include efforts by Bush to subvert their work. There is an obvious explanation for the administration's efforts to undermine a complete investigation of the crime of 911.

The Probable Cause to Charge Dick Cheney With Mass Murder, Terrorism, and High Treason There is probable cause to indict Dick Cheney for the crime of supervising the events of 911, a capital crime consisting of high treason and mass murder.Dick Cheney supervised precisely that scenario on the very day that it happened in fact --a highly improbable coincidence' that would repeat later in Britain on 7/7.

How the GOP Will Benefit From Impending Economic Collapse Republicans benefit from the fact that recessions are class conscious, affecting worse those who can least afford them. An era of highly leveraged US economic expansion and empire is about to come crashing down and swept away. Count on the GOP to make out like bandits.

CIA Holocaust Claims Twenty Million Victims Worse than Hitler's war on the Jews of Europe, a CIA Holocaust has claimed millions of victims worldwide and creates enemies. It's time to abolish the CIA, to 'smash it into a thousand pieces' as JFK had promised and might have done had he lived.

Call Out the Instigator; There's Something in the Air! Bush claims to power are absurd, baseless, stupid! Since King John signed the Magna Carta, no monarch in our tradition has successfully assumed powers that are now claimed and assumed by the Bush/Cheney regime.

Gulag Nation: Over One in One Hundred Americans Are in Prison Always eager to call itself "Number One", the US is not honored by its latest dubious achievement. The rate by which the US imprisons its population beats out all of Europe, Russia and former Soviet satellites. Under Bush and the GOP --we have become a nation of corporate/fascist gulags.
