Trump Is Sandbagging to Send Election to the House; Election Integrity Should Not Help Him Is Trump's campaign of lawsuits aimed at running out the clock on election certification past deadlines so Biden fails to reach 270 electoral votes and the election will be thrown into the House of Representatives? Some Election integrity advocates see Trumps criticism of the electoral system as an opportunity to raise the visibility of the issue. That's a mistake

RED SHIFTS in the Presidential race & in nearly every Senate race in states with exit polls My comparison between the exit poll results and the announced votecounts is all too familiar: it shows a red shift in the Presidential race and in nearly every Senate race in states where exit polls were conducted.

Gerrymandering, Media Control, Black Box Voting -- We've Lost our Democracy Our democracy has been hijacked. We are watching Rove's oft-stated plan for Permanent Republican Rule come to fruition. Rigging was an essential component of its development , but--at least on the US House, presidency, and state legislative fronts--at this point it should be pretty much self-perpetuating.

Preliminary election assessment from Election Defense Alliance There are signs that real-time calibrating of votes needed to "win" targeted races is becoming easier, and the vote processing infrastructure to enable such exploits proliferating. The Occupy Movement, Rigged Elections, and the Bastille Line If our democracy is to be saved from generations of oppression or bloody revolution, an end must come to rigged elections. The only way that is going to happen is by replacing our secret and corrupted computerized vote counting with publicly observable human vote counting. It's time to OCCUPY ELECTIONS, to storm not the Bastille but county and town clerks' offices with signed commitments to work as vote counters and observers

The Democratic Primaries 2008: Managing Electoral Dynamics Via Covert Vote-Count Manipulation We present evidence of manipulation of the results of the 2008 Democratic presidential nomination contest, through . . . covert means targeted at the electronic vote tabulation process itself. The effect has been to prolong the nomination battle and sharpen its negativity, boosting McCain and making plausible his "victory" in November through continued exploitation of the security vulnerabilities in American voting systems.

Election Forum: Election Integrity vs. HR 550 I have long cautioned that Congress was a poor place to look for serious electoral reform ("if it works, it won't pass; if it passes, it won't work") and I don't believe that the shift in party control, particularly with Hoyer at the helm, does much if anything to change this equation. (Ed. note: this piece was in response to a letter from another voting activist.)

Independent Exit Polls (IEP) 2006: The EDA Plan and How You Can Help Our democracy is very near the point of no return: the 2006 midterm elections are a crucial turning point. If we are to have any exit polls as safeguards, it will be because you understand, as do we, that nothing less than our democracy is at stake. Please act now.
