Daphne McBryde is a management consultant with over 15 years experience managing and reforming complex organizations in both the government and not-for-profit sectors. Over the years, Ms. McBryde has been appointed to several executive level positions within the three branches of government on both local and national levels. Her past appointments include serving as a Pretrial Services Officer in the United States District and D.C. Superior Courts; Congressional staffer to a member of the United States Congress; Special Assistant to the Mayor of Cleveland, Ohio; Assistant Chief Management Officer (Assistant City Manager) for the city of Washington, D.C.; and Branch Chief managing all aspects of the budgetary and financial policies pertaining to public education in the District of Columbia. In the Non-Profit sector, she served second-in-command of a national non-profit professional development association with direction over policy, communications, human resources, membership services, technology, corporate outreach, facilities, and convention and conference management.

Ms. McBryde currently serves as the Chief Consultant to the MC Factor a consulting firm providing solutions and support to non-profit, government and private sector organizations. In this capacity she has:
• Successfully directed revenue generating projects, delivering over 500 clients to the sponsoring agent within a 10 month time-frame;
• Achieving the covenant recognition as "Organization of the Year;"
• Crafting a successful position paper for a growing non-profit organization, as well as;
• Developing real-time reform initiatives to transform government operations

Ms. McBryde serves and has served on numerous Boards. She has appeared as guest lecturer at New York University, University of Maryland and Howard University on topics ranging from public administration, municipal budgeting and executive administration. Ms. McBryde is the recipient of numerous awards and is alumni of the National Urban Fellows an international fellowship devoted to the advanced studies of minorities in public administration.

Ms. McBryde's distinguished career and contributions to public service have been honored as a nationally selected participant of the acclaimed Harvard University, Kennedy School for Government, Senior Executive in State and Local Government graduate and as a National Urban Fellow, a fellowship designed to advance academic excellence within the field of public administration. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at El Paso, a Master's in public administration from the Baruch College, City University of New York as well as a graduate of the H.D. Woodson Sr. High School of the District of Columbia.
