Will Obama Succeed In Saving The World? New US President Barack Obama, who will be assuming the power within a few days, will be getting a world from George W. Bush full of conflicts. The whole world is at war with itself. We have been seeing with our own eyes that the world is being destroyed by hidden hands, who are being described terrorists. It is still unclear as who are these people and what are their aims, but they are destroying the world.

Why Rulers Always Support War? History is witness to the fact that rulers whether they have been living in Pakistan, India or the United States always supported war. I think they have been enjoying the killing and destruction. They have made themselves secure, but the poor people have been dying in the endless fighting.

Can We Declare New Year, The Year Of Peace? First of all I want to greet all my friends on the New Year with the hope it will bring peace and happiness to all of them. I am writing this diary at a time when the last sun of 2008 is just disappearing from the sky in Peshawar. US Must Act To Save World From Further Destruction There will be no denying the fact that sometime a doctor is left with no other option except surgery, but surgery is never a solution to an ailment. The doctor has to prescribe the medicine for healing after the operation. I think the same is the situation of world politics. One cannot win the hearts and minds of people through force. Force can be justified to some extent, but we have to strengthen the system for wining war.

Now War On Corruption Must Replace War On Terror Though there might be people who will not agree with me, but this is my personal observation that the root cause of terrorism is the rampant corruption. The rulers of Pakistan always kept the people under terror as no one among them could raise their voice against their corruption. The rulers have been keeping the people of tribal areas situated on Pak-Afghan border under terror as they want to continue their ugly game.

Al-Qaeda Being Given The Chance To Remain Intact The Bush administration has been strengthening Al-Qaeda with an aim to keep the people terrorized. The rulers to keep themselves in power have been using the name of terrorism and Al-Qaeda. There is report that Pakistan enjoying full support of the United States has decided to provide more arms to tribesmen. Actually this is a plan to keep Al-Qaeda alive.

Pakistan Has Almost Been Taken Over By Terrorists There was a time when no one was ready to accept the fact that terrorism is the number one problem of Pakistan. There will be no exaggeration to state here that this country has come into being as result of terrorism. Millions of people were killed during the partition of India. Now the same rulers have been killing their own people in tribal areas without any reason.

Pakistan Slipping Into Hands Of Terrorists Terrorists--it is still not clear who these people are--are making rapid advancement and the time is not far away when Pakistan will be in their hands. It is ironic that rulers are still playing a power game ignoring a very serious matter.

Was Islamabad Hotel Bombing An Attack On US Marines? There are indications that the Pakistani administration has divided into two groups. The one group has been supporting US's war on terrorism, but the other group having link with Al-Qaeda has been trying to halt US's activities. Attack on Islamabad hotel is being considered an attack on the US officials, who were staying in the hotel.

Pakistan's 9/11 Occurs, What Next? There was a time when no one was ready to accept the fact that terrorism is the issue number one of Pakistan, but now everyone is accepting this fact. Rulers, who besides fleecing the people of Pakistan have also been getting dollars from their US masters, failed in their duty. They failed to prevent the Pakistan's 9/11 as termed by newspapers.

Rulers Still Playing Political Game On War The people may accept it or not, but this is the hard fact that rulers of the world led by US President George W. Bush have still been playing a game on the name of war on terrorism. The most ugly part in this game is being played by rulers of Pakistan as for earning dollars they have been killing their own people. They have made a place in the history for themselves by using jet fighters against their own people.

US, Pakistan Heading Toward A Complete War There may be a large number of people who will not agree with me, but this is the fact that Pakistan is a battleground since its creation. But now the United States and Pakistan may engage in a war, which will be disastrous for the whole world.

Now Terrorists Set Eyes On Pakistan's Capital There is still confusion as no one can decide whether President Musharraf, who has resigned recently, is responsible for creation of terrorists or if he is the victim of terrorism. But one thing is very clear: politicians of Pakistan have used the word terrorism for their politics. They have played a dirty game, but now the poor and innocent people are paying the price.
