The US Army distributes a mandatory survey called an SFT, which stands for
"Soldier Fitness Tracker". The purpose of this survey is to measure an
individual soldier's competency in four areas, Emotional, Social, Family and
Spiritual. Justin is an atheist, as well as a highly dedicated soldier, but
according to the SFT, he is "unfit" to serve specifically because he is a

But there is no need to add by dramatizing. For example, VA budget is health care, for soldiers/veterans, true, but health care. No need to add that to military spending. Also, in comparing current budget with the one in 1946, 1968 and 1988 these are expressed in "constant 2004 dollars" whicle current budget is in today's dollars. May not be a big difference but still. Finally, while add interest? If we collected taxes properly from the rich there would be no borrowing so this is an independent issue.

Again, it is still huge and unnecessary and thank you for thorough analysis and warning.

We must build our anti-war voting blocks larger: why oh why did we allow the punishing, military war mongers to get elected to power? We need to impeach at least one of them in order to gain respect. The same people are behind the military and prison building, our focus needs to be on precision organizing if we really want to stop this waste and destruction. We can't possibly go more than a few more years at this rate before this spending will become unsustainable. China, Russia, Saudi Arabia and others are full of dollars and are already talking about switching the world currency away from the dollar.

It was a fun ride while it lasted, but the American populace will soon find out what it's like to actually work to earn the money they so foolishly spend on bullets and bombs.
