A PAC Ad Suggestion Targeted at Right-Winger-Supporting Bubbas;  message: dumb losers vote for rich guys who are happy to screw you and your family

By Rob Kall

OpEdNews.com

Here's an ad script specifically aimed at those small minded, insecure guys who need to be racist, homophobic, and macho talking, to compensate for their insecurities and fears.  The idea is to get them to at least think about the possibility that they are being used, and to get their wives to vote democrat.

The idea of this ad is the Bubbas, both northern (red-necks) and southern,  who the right wing manipulates, ought to know they are being manipulated.

Here it is:

A Bubba walks out of the bedroom. Wearing a NASCAR tee- shirt, a Budweiser cap.

Wordlessly, he sits down to breakfast as his wife serves him. He snaps at her, that the toast is burnt.

He picks up a paper with a headline that reads 4000 Jobs Lost as factory closes, but he passes it to turn to the sports page.

Voice over: See, he doesn't even notice when the local factory closes, if it's not his job. He has no idea we're encouraging businesses all over America to export jobs to cheap labor countries.

Cut to a shot of four kids watching him eat" no shoes, threadbare clothes"

Voiceover And the moron buys our anti-family planning  propaganda that keeps him poor, and his wife and kids in the second hand stores.

Cut to: him climbing into his pick-up truck with gun rack

Voice over: Laughing""Here's a good one for you. What's better than screwing one White house intern? Screwing 10 million bubbas while you still get their vote. (laugh track.)

Cut to shot of Bubba walking into a job and getting a pink slip.

Voice over: as long as we feed on his fears and insecurity with tough soldier talk and  that makes him feel more manly and macho and thinly veiled hate talk that fans his racism and fears of homosexuality he'll keep voting like a dumb puppy in heat""voting republican, no matter how much we screw him and his kids. And that's why we're gonna keep winning in the south.

Cut to Willie Nelson saying: "Yo Bubba."

Cut to Dixie Chicks saing "Stop Letting these Rich Corporate Guys make a sucker of you."

Cut to: a woman closing the curtain to a voting booth.

Mrs. Bubba, you don't have to tell him that you're voting to get rid of politicians who sell out your country, family and children for the sake of corporate profits. Or maybe it's time you did.  And you., yeah, you Bubba,

Cut to Throw Bush and His supporters out and Take back America

Maybe it will reach a  percentage of the men and more of the women. But it may also put out the message that voting for rich guys who are happy to screw you is for dumb losers.

This is a negative ad. I'm not thrilled with that fact, But the right has put out so many negative messages about being liberal. We also need to tap the rich history of movies that show greedy industrialists as creeps and that the good guys are the ones who do the right (progressive) thing. The movies are there. We need to build on those archetypal images, and maybe even use images of creeps from movies to put together the ad described above.
