I have just started a web sight with a focus on changing perspective starting with cleansing the body and the mind of all the poisons, toxins and untruths we have absorbed over a lifetime. It starts with a change in perception and what is true about food, water, the air we breath and the environment we live in. There is also much to learn about spiritual health and how the health of the body is directly linked to the health of the spirit. One thing urban dwellers have to be aware of is that we are being slowly poisoned by the air, water, food, medicines, and lies we are being told about them and just about everything else.
