I'm a 60 year old grandmother who believes in the Constitution and believes we have the right to reject any chosen representative that fails to protect or defend same.
I am a bit of a revolutionary and free thinker. I don't like being lied to by our chosen representatives nor disparaged by them when they say "government" is too big. Heck, WE are the government--they'd better define what they mean and how they mean to downsize US.
I believe that 9/11 was in large part due to our elected officials. There is no way the WTC could come down in it's own footprint at free fall speed without it being a controlled demolition. I believe people resist the real evidence because they are unable or unwilling to try to get their heads around the idea that our "leaders" would do anything so vile and despicable. Clearly they do not know our history very well. We must make them see the truth.
I call myself a writer but I have no professional credentials. I enjoy writing on a wide variety of subjects and hope this will be a good venue for me.
My hobbies are reading, writing, photography, art and taking care of my health
I have two grown sons, one married and one engaged and one grandson. My extended family includes blood relations in many states as well as friends. My husband still works 8 to 4:30, 5 days a week and will continue to work until we are 67. We have no choice about that or he would retire earlier.
We love to travel and will do more, if we can afford it in the coming years. We have lived in many places in the United States, and visited many more including Canada and Mexico. We got our passports when the law took effect.
I believe we now live in a police state. So far it's been mostly friendly, I believe that will change in the coming years. The United States today is what they warned us about Communist Russia years ago. It's a sad day, but mostly because so few people recognize it. Perhaps we can change that here.
