PHILIP J. BERG, ESQUIRE is a believer, a fighter for individual rights for many years and is proud that he gives time as a "pro bono" attorney on many occasions. Phil, a lawyer, in Lafayette Hill, Montgomery County, PA, a community between Philadelphia, the birthplace of our nation, and Valley Forge, where our battle for freedom was won.
Phil was highly involved in challenging the 2000 presidential election, in Florida investigating voting irregularities. He had formally demanded the voluntary disbarment of three Supreme Court Justices [December 12, 2001 letter] due to their conflict of interests in that decision. He was in the process of filing formal legal complaints when "911" happened.
Phil filed a lawsuit against President Bush and his cronies under civil RICO for the events of 911. www.911forthetruth.com sets forth the RICO Complaint. Phil's states, "911 could not have occurred without the complicity of our federal government. It is a disgrace about the lack of investigation into 911 where 3,000 people were murdered. I am determined to "Find The Truth of 911." "Bush and his cronies either made it happen or let it happen. And if they let it happen, they made it happen. They must be brought to justice." Phil is pursuing the following: Anthrax, Stock Market Put Options and RICO.
Regarding the 911 movement, we must unite on the things we agree on, not the details we disagree on. We have been lied to; we have been deceived; Bush and his cronies must be held accountable for murder and treason.
