WikiLeaks: What Can One Person do to Help?
Signing petitions is one way. But getting support money to WikiLeaks has become very awkward for those able to donate only small amounts. PayPal, MasterCard and Visa all appear to be currying favor with the US government, if not actually kowtowing to direct political pressure, by agreeing that WikiLeaks is engaged in "illegal" activities thereby justifying their removal of services. Here is a plan for circumvention.

Tax/Regulation Protests are Not Enough
Organized protests and email/petition actions in the US (and elsewhere) in regard to high government taxes and/or various regulations are plentiful with the aid of the Internet. But this type of activism is insufficient to towards the goal of a "better" society. A strong relationship of individual self-responsibility to social order exists and needs to be understood, and then individual self-responsibility practiced.

Stimulis: Because all economies have performance issues
VIDEO HUMOR: "Are you an economy with performance issues? If you find it hard to achieve and maintain growth, maybe Stimulis is right for you. Take Stimulis once every election cycle or whenever you're in need of economic enhancement."
A Western Liberal and 'The Good Man in Africa'
Preconceived ideas coupled with generalizations are a surefire way to cause problems for the intended recipients of The Golden Rule - itself a mistake - and gain the generator hirself nothing, often even resulting in a loss of money, time, goodwill and unhappiness long term.

The Goal Society: Is it 'A Real Life Economy'?
What type of society will truly benefit all the members of it? This subject has captured the attention of philosophers for centuries. The recent financial debacle has motivated many writers on the Internet to pose their solutions, one of which was headlined in late October at OpEdNews.

Just a Charismatic Presidential Candidate?
For those who still think that voting in the upcoming US Presidential election is a reasonable action, a 67 page heavily documented paper is a must read before casting a vote for Barack Obama - if they want to think of themselves as thinking voters rather than hypnotically motivated.
The Twin Frankenstein Monsters Created by Congress
While some would describe the control takeover of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac by the US Congress as a rescue for the country's economy, it is really a situation of these 2 entities being taken back by their actual "parent" in an attempt to curtail the mess that their existence has caused.
Getting to the Bottom of a Rash
Many think of a rash as simply a temporary annoyance. But it is far more than this when it is severe and a result of incredibly poor health care treatment and service.

Getting to the Bottom of the US Economic Woes
Disgust with the current economic situation in the US, and the rest of the industrialized world, is understandable and warranted. But an understanding of the actual factors present and how they came about is necessary before any real resolution of the problem can even begin.

Getting Goods Across Border and Along Afghan Roads
Transporting goods as a business is full of government regulations in the US and other industrialized countries. In some areas, like the Nangarhar province in eastern Afghanistan, there's that and a lot more required to get your goods to market.
"Global Warming is Real"
At Heartland Institute's 2008 International Conference on Climage Change, Patrick Michaels acknowledged, "Global warming is real and people have something to do with it."

"Censorship" and "Anarchy" - Not "Dirty" Words
Many words have been distorted in their common usage and result in distorted thinking. Such words are especially harmful to logical thought when they are vilified as part of a defense of correct actions.

No Free Market Implies No Hoax of Self-Correction
A recent article is so full of erroneous thinking based on false assumptions about "free markets" that it would take a book to fully critique it all. Therefore, only a few of the more important and summarizing errors have been selected for examination - something sorely needed rather than just ignoring them all.

Trading Value for Value
If you decide that you have received value from a website, don't continue to use it unless you return value (amount as determined by you commensurate with that value you received) to the owner/creator in the medium designated by that individual - unless you want to be a moocher.
Return to the Consitution?!?
Merely returning the US government to one of a strict Constitutional interpretation will not eliminate the many and serious existing problems in the US. The flaws in that document, revered though it rightly can be considered for its place in history, make it the cause of many of those problems and incapable of providing a basis for a stable ordered society of maximally free and happy individuals.
