The US (and Alaska) have too much Corporate focus, despite our wanton consumption and dependence and complacency on their exploitation of the Nation-States resources...individual, small and family pursuits are what will keep the US United, not "working for the man." Safeguards ARE NECCESSARY, ie ENFORCEMENT of Regulations! Otherwise, it's everybody for their own in our "gang"-mentality society...coerced by the "free-market" media...STOP THE CORPORATE BRAINWASHING...go get some exercise...go hug a tree or a pet if not your family :>
(Hurray for the Amish-doing things their way despite social pressure-though I believe in more rights for women everywhere, no I'm not going to become Amish- still a former valley-girl,though I love the countryside/wilderness/coast).
