The language does not specifically limit the use of RNEPs (Robust Nuclear Earth Penetrators .3 to 300 kilotons yield) however, leaving the door open for other further mentally sick actions. The Doctrine of Joint Nuclear Operations uses countries such as Iran and the DPRK as models for their plans. They gross horrific failure of their "shock and awe" joke has shifted them much further down the path to a massive single theater nuclear war, or even a global nuclear war.
Shock and awe with not nearly enough troops, equipment, planning was a shock to those who are well versed in military operations, and these people were and are likely "awed" by the staggering incompetence of the Bush regime.
No one that doesn't need to be on thorazine or Haloperidol, not to mention the jacket with long sleeves that tie in the back, would ever expect the Russians, Chinese, or the DPRK to stand by and watch an impotent with sadly incompetent military forces led by a clearly sick man or men engage in activities of this magnitude!
The US, since it was assisted by scientists from Europe in developing nuclear weapons, (American's weren't bright enough,) has never behaved responsibly with them. This applies to civilian Nuclear projects as well. Now, no doubt, there are halfwits out there when questioned about Three Mile Island, who will bring up Chernobyl, perhaps saying, "well, duh, they done worse then us!! I hear this frequently and always respond the same way, "We're not supposed to be comparing ourselves to anyone remember?, we're that 'shining example of freedom for all to FOLLOW!'" Rarely shuts these microcephalic turds up though.
In any case, if nuclear weapons were used against Iran or North Korea, in addition to further, massive destabilization, such as a theater nuclear war, a global nuclear exchange isn't out of the realm of possiblity.
America falls for scary stories like a safe. It doesn't question authority or authenticity of Government statements, it merely swallows the bilge, and cowers in unbridled fear This stupid, unconscious, uninformed society of flag waving mental defectives will be the downfall of this country, when it comes.
If we don't stop George, that time may be closer than Americans think.
