URGENT: CVI needs three volunteer positions filled as soon as possible. Jobs can be shared! Even if you can only take on a job for a few months, we'll take it!

Positions:

Transcriptionists

Administrative Assistants

Media Mavens

Transcriptionists: People needed to transcribe roughly fifty minutes of weekly Voice of the Voters show.

Media Mavens: Computer savvy people needed to help turn tapes of Voice of the Voters radio show into podcasts.

Administrative Coordinators: People needed to track down loose ends, follow up on contacts, organize day-to-day issues that arise. Radio experience a big plus.

CVI has made requests like this before with limited success. But 2008 is now looming and we are facing a critical period in our history.

With Florida's recent abandonment of DREs, Pennsylvania has jumped to the top of the list of battleground states where votes will be the most insecure.

CVI needs help to:

keep our members informed

build a statewide coalition to get results by 2008

keep Voice of the Voters, one of the premiere radio shows of its kind, on the air

keep working on the county, state and federal level to secure your vote

We need you. Please make time to take on one of the jobs above. As stated above, jobs can be shared. Feel free to volunteer with a friend!
