Three lawmakers are keeping Maryland from having fair and transparent elections in Maryland.
They are also recipients of donations from Diebold lobbyists.

Blockers: Senator Thomas Middleton, Senator Mike Miller and Speaker Mike Busch

Senator Schrader tried to get her amendment to make the bill identical to HB244 a vote. She was quickly interrupted by Senator THOMAS MIDDLETON, who said that because of the 22 million dollars that this would cost the counties that the bill go to Budget and Taxation and be held off till Monday. Middleton is likely doing the bidding of Mike Miller. Senator Harris objected, and Miller would not allow this objection to come to a vote, from what I am being told that is against Senate rules. Senator Schrader tried to bring up her amendment again but they would not hear it.

It is abundantly clear that Mike Miller is blocking the vote, everyone should call Miller and Middleton NOW!!!
