From Ohio comes an article that can be very important if used properly. Suddenly counties are finding out that they didn't just pay one time and they suddenly have all of these nice shiny voting machines. Now they are getting the contracts for technical support, licensing, and maintenance and they are screaming about how much money they will have to spend just to keep what they bought. Counties will need to spend tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars to use their voting machines in the future. The state? Blackwell says the bills were covered once now it is up to the counties to pay....
