If there is a tie - if one county Election Commissioner picks scanners & the other county Election Commissioner picks DREs - no one knows how a tie is resolved. Supposedly, the State's Board members will review any material that will help them make a decision for that county - hopefully things like letters to the local commissioners, petitions, email submittals, testimony, resolutions, etc. That's why our letters are so important.
