Next, he recalled the emergence of the United Nations system, "in the heat of victory against fascism, against Nazism, capitalist expressions and the most horrible extreme right that humanity has known and that led to a war that united humanity ".

The Head of State, through a videoconference link from Office 1 of the Miraflores Palace in Caracas, ratified in the special session of the 75 years of the UN all the support for the World Health Organization (WHO), "as expression of multilateralism, in a fundamental area of ""the life of the peoples that is health, especially in this time of pandemic in which the WHO has had to endure attacks, aggressions, insults, "he said.

"It is not time to insult or aggravate the WHO, it is time to unite to support it, it is the cry from Venezuela. Venezuela cries out for a new world," he said, emphasizing the difficult situation facing the world because of the "pandemic. horrific "that has affected millions of people, threatening the social and economic life of peoples," this pandemic needs the greatest union of humanity, "he urged.

Likewise, the National President reiterated to the world that Venezuela this year 2020 will hold the election number 25 in 20 years, for which he invited the Secretary General of the United Nations, in order for the body to participate with a technical commission to accompany the parliamentary electoral process that allows the selection of "a new National Assembly on Sunday, December 6. Venezuela open to the world, democratic Venezuela, free Venezuela, sovereign Venezuela," he said.

"We have been victims, during all these years, of multiform aggressions, of criminal and illegal sanctions, of coercive measures, but our homeland stands here. If the world defeated fascism 75 years ago, the world will be able to defeat in this stage Those who want to impose themselves as the dominant hegemon will be able to defeat imperialist ideas and will be able to defeat neo-fascism, we are sure of it. The united world will be able to advance on a new path, we are full of hope and dreams, "he said.

Finally, President Maduro, ratified that the United Nations system in its 75 years has Venezuela, a "Venezuela standing up tells the world: Count on us! For the construction of that new world, without empires, without hegemon of the peoples. The 21st century belongs to the peoples. Long live the United Nations system! Long live the 75 years of our Organization! ", he concluded.
