President Trump speaking at the UN September 19, 2017

If ever there was a speech by a US president that was completely Orwellian it was Trump's performance at the UN yesterday.

It was completely over the top and upside down.

The topper or nadir as it were was Trump's "our respect for sovereignty" of other nations. That's complete bilge. The US doesn't respect the sovereignty of other nations. It is the grand master for undermining any regime that refuses to submit to US hegemony.

The US coerces, threatens, provokes, exerts pressure with economic sanctions on a regime that harms the people, uses agent-provocateurs to infiltrate indigenous groups expressing legitimate grievances to provoke violence to get the government to overreact and crack down thereby delegitimizing the government. The US works with the country's elite to use the media to undermine the government, uses NGO's funded by the Congress who pay proxy mercenaries to create violence, kill innocents, even police, initiate coups and assassinations. In essence the US will do anything to bring about regime change and a government that will submit to its diktat.

Of course for Trump to admit US complete disrespect for other nations sovereignty-unimaginable-this would lay bare what America has become to the rest of the world, the greatest threat to world peace.

America is controlled by an unelected deep state, not exactly a cabal in the traditional sense where the ruling clique is known. But likely made up of former generals, admirals and execs in the military/security complex, heads of the NSA, CIA, the other intelligence agencies, Wall Street execs, other big corporate execs, Silicon Valley execs, MSM execs, the heads of some Congressional committees, members of the national security council, neo-cons from think tanks all like minded in essential agreement to get "official" Washington, the president and the congress to execute its policies and actions.

Trump is nothing more than the latest occupant in the Oval Office, a puppet of the deep state like all his recent predecessors mere figureheads to do the bidding of that unelected group. At least going back to JFK and we know what happened to him.

So it doesn't matter who is president they'll either comply and fall in line-as Trump has obviously done-or be taken out one way or the other.

When one thinks about it if Eisenhower had given his farewell speech warning of the military/industrial complex earlier in his administration he likely would have met some untimely end.

In America the deep state reigns. It's tentacles penetrating into every institution with absolute control of the corporate MSM in America, Europe, Japan and South Korea. There are no dissidents. whistleblowers like Edward Snowden are labeled as traitors and forced into exile. Others like Gary Webb who investigated and reported the CIA's connection with the drug trade are hounded, can't find work as a journalist and commits suicide. Others through signing agreements are forced to comply or suffer consequences, even prosecution and jail time as happened with former CIA analyst John Kiriakou.

Listening to Trump it seems clear North Korea, Iran and Venezuela are in the crosshairs of sinister US machinations, sanctions, provocations, color revolutions, assassinations, coups, wars all with the intent to bring eventual regime change.

It's an ominous time.
