exactly how much oil was flowing out.

kill, they had to calculate the pressure of the oil coming out, then
equilibrate a pressure greater than that to push the mud through. That
means they should now know the real flow level of the oil. They should know the amount of pressure they are using the pump the mud into the well.
They should
have that answer now and Obama should get it and report it today, when
he speaks in Louisiana.
