What is the relationship between Donald Trump, the Republican Party, evangelists, right wingers, the Federalist Society and others... you decide!
They say politics makes strange bedfellows. That certainly seems to be the case with all of the above. Those who espouse morality, fiscal responsibility, originalist interpretation of the U.S. Constitution, disrespect of women and Evangelism seem to have all joined together.
Did you know in Christianity, Evangelism is the commitment to or act of publicly preaching of the Gospel with the intention of spreading the message and teachings of Jesus Christ.
Gosh, that somehow seems at odds with Donald Trump's statement "...Grab 'em by the p***y. You can do anything..."
You might ask why these disparate entities have joined together.
Perhaps they think "the ends justify the means," a statement uttered by Machiavelli who some have "... called the father of modern political science... The term "Machiavellian" is often associated with political deceit, deviousness, and realpolitik"
Someone also said "all politicians are whores," it wasn't me but day by day I understand and relate to the sentiment more and more.
One certainly has to question WHY Dr. Christine Blakey Ford's allegations of attempted rape by Brett Kavanaugh have been given one week, that's 7 days of research by the FBI to complete a thorough investigation. Possibly disingenuous, ya think?
Senator Mitch McConnell who has been referred to as "the most obstructionist, anti-USA senator in recent history" intends to hold a vote to confirm Matt Kavanaugh as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court regardless of the FBI investigation results.
