Interesting how folks that don't do the right thing or don't advise doing the right thing, the day after an election magically start seeing 'The Fascist', "The Sexual Predator", 'The Racist", etc., etc. as possibly a "Progressive", the answer to the Hillary problem, the solution to the Russia problem, the fortunate destroyer of the corrupt Democratic Party, the guy that exposed what a fraud Bernie was, and on and on and on.

I am embarrassed to call myself a Progressive or Liberal today. Progressives/Liberals let the country down yesterday.

I've spent the last twelve hours examining what happened and what is going to happen. It is pretty clear what happened. What is not clear is what is going to happen.

Will...our public schools be emasculated. The humanities and the arts be laid waste. Women's right's continue to be under siege. The LGBT community continue to suffer. Black people continue to be murdered in the streets. The environment be rapidly degraded further. The health-insurance conundrum become an absolute debacle. Our Native American brothers and sisters suffer further. Immigrants and those that don't pass the "American" test be at greater risk. Our military consume many more of our children. Corporate America use the present disruption to further control every aspect of our lives. Any momentum that the Bernie movement gained now be gone and on and on and on?

The worst thing that happened yesterday was that we possibly lost the future. Will the millennials simply slip further into apathetic, rank consumerism -- "this political sh*t is too ugly and complicated."

The selfish intellectual arrogance and dishonesty that I have witnessed over the past twelve hours is disgusting.

Shame on us.
