Responding to this link, http://theduran.com/wikileaks-bombshell-hillarys-8-point-plan-to-destroy-isis-and-syria-qatar-and-saudi-arabia-providing-financial-support-to-isil/, my contact in Syria sent me this astonishing report:

Dear Deena,

Yes, this is all what we had guessed, and knew to be true in theory, but the emails are actual proof and documentation.

It gets a lot worse. Have you ever heard people say the USA is supporting ISIS? I have heard that so many times, but felt it was not true. I felt that USA could use ISIS, but not really invent it and support it fully.

I was wrong and naïve (again).

USA is removing ISIS from Mosul, and re-locating them to Syria. Not a theory or rumor, but fact. The Iraqi government is watching it happen and they are flabbergasted.

First, Obama long, long ago said, "We can not eradicate ISIS, we can only contain them." That was code-word for "We invented them and we are using them."

Next, the US military very recently bombed completely and utterly every single BRIDGE which spans the Euphrates River in Syria . Why? Because the US has decided that the Euphrates River will be the borderline of the New Syria. On the East side of the River will be the Islamic State officially sanctioned and supported by USA. It sounds far-fetched, but true.

As we speak, the USA is overseeing the movement of thousands of ISIS terrorists from Mosul, along with wives and children, on their way towards Deir Ez Zor area. The US will give them air support all along the way and protect them.
