I could be dead wrong but it would make too much sense for me to ignore: Manafort 'resigns' just as news of perhaps shady deals with Ukrainians come to light. Those deals were with the previous, pro-Russian President, Yanukovich, and the danger of all-out war between the US and Russia grows with every crazy threat by current Ukie prez Poroshenko.
