Vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin and former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani are scheduled to speak Wednesday night at the Republic National Convention in St. Paul.
Giuliani will give the keynote speech starting around 10 pm EDT (9 pm local time), followed by Palin.
In this morning's interview on ABC's "Good Morning America," Giuliani was asked, "If she were the president on 9/11, you would have been confident?"
Giuliani replied, "I'd be confident that she'd be able to handle it. She's been a governor of a state, she's been mayor of a city."
