O wake the world!

O come with me! together let us whack

a winkie dinkie doodle all day long

pay the piper and beat out the glad song

O isn'tit good fun and crazy craic?

When the hoary frost is on the pumpkin,

my dark Italian girlfriend used to say,

her hips raised the over-the-barrel way,

it's time for some diddle dinkie dunkin.

Believe this: Never get in a pickle

with a briney sass from Sunderland Downs

who specializes in making verbs from nouns --

you'll end up crazy as Travis Bickle.

So wake the world! wake the lads and lasses,

go slap happy on their uplifting asses.
