planned for September 23-25 at American University in Washington, D.C.

on the first two days and the third morning will be in the Founders
Room of the School of International Service. Closing events will be at
the Kay Center nearby on the campus of American University. Media
cameras and journalists are welcome throughout. But RSVP. Rooms are
expected to be at full capacity.
