(49) The Right to express Individual uniqueness and design of business endeavors, within the "Standards Of Decency" that is derived from the "best", existent and Evolving, Morals of Us and Our Nation.

The Responsibility of this Right is that a business has the right to attempt new or unique approaches to the Prosperity Quest"so long as it doesn't cause harm to person, property, or maybe some part of the Direct Democracy Social Ideology.

The Social Ideology should be a wide a spectrum as possible so as not to inhibit the Evolution of that society. This "Direct Democracy Social Ideology", being very complex, because of diversity of cultural elements introduced, also needs to be open to meaningful change through its own legitimate Direct Democracy Processes of Governance Of The People, For The People, and BY The People; Majority Rules.

(50) The Right of a Worker Owned and Operated Business to earn and be rewarded with up to 100% net profit.

The Responsibility of this Right is to establish and embrace the moral Consideration, that net profits of over 100% is unethical and is not in harmony with the New Business Ethics of the "Direct Democracy Republic Common Wealth of the United States Of America"

(51) The Right to design company policies that promote the prosperity strengths of the company and that protect it from the immoral and unethical acts of the involved employee and employer Individuals within it and the associated consumer Individuals and businesses outside of it.

The Responsibility of this Right is to Fairly protect the business from the employee, employer (Founder) and the consumer, as well as the employee, employer and consumer from the business. Justice needs to be Fair and "Full Circle". Our Laws applied equally to all. Be they employees, customers or associates there are members of Our Society that conduct themselves immorally and even corporations have the Right to defend themselves from this type of Human. But it is needed for the corporation to use Moral Defense Methods (Based on Standards Of Decency) in its own defense.

(52) The "W.O.O.B.U.S." Founders Right. The minimum Right, of the "Owner/Founder, of a Worker Owned and Operated Business, to receive a basic equal share, plus one more, in Worker Owned and Operated Businesses.

The Responsibility of this Right is to guarantee the enterprising Founders of Businesses, that transform to Worker Owned and Operated Businesses, the earned recognition and reward of this social service. This Right entry is the minimum consideration that is due to these enterprising Individuals.
