Progressive Marianne Williamson, author and facilitator of a series of Sister Giant conferences focusing on politics and spirituality, has announced that she is forming an exploratory committee for a possible presidential run in 2020.

She is also the co-founder of The Peace Alliance, a nonprofit grassroots education and advocacy organization supporting peacebuilding projects.
