What is the International Court of Justice? The Role and Activities of the ICJ United Nations - The International Court of Justice (ICJ) is the principal judicial organ of the United Nations and the world's highest international court. It has a ...

Request of International Court of Justice to Investigate the on-going problem of child trafficking, which has reached true epidemic proportions, with reports of 400,000 missing children in the United States in 2019. China has even more victims, perhaps as many as 1 million per year.

Even the United Nations Peace-Keeping force has been involved with this, as well as United States Army personnel including military police, which have aided and abetted the traffickers, providing a "lily pad" for their actions, a term used by one of the counsels for the Central Intelligence Agency in a recent tribunal convened to examine these problems.

Clearly, an advisory from the International Court of Justice would have to address the needs for more surveillance, increased apprehension, increased statements recorded from the few victims that survive such trafficking.

For deterrence purposes, the penalty for child trafficking should be increased to death. My recommendation to the Governor of New Mexico, the Speaker of the House, the Senate Majority leader, and the Chairman of the Senate Public Affairs Committee, for a small increase of going from a third-degree felony to a first-degree felony: these efforts failed due to the fact that this was a budget session with only items at the "CALL" of the Governor on the agenda. Sad, indeed, that there was no time in all the discussions of the "budgetary crisis" to attend to such a small increase in the level of felony adjudication for child trafficking.

Often, in the New Mexico legislature, citizens outside the process are told to "come back next year", or to "leave such concerns in the hands of the elected officials", or that such an increase in penalty would be "dead on arrival", or that "the Defense Attorneys in the Legislature would fight such a plan 'tooth and nail'".

I suspect that such paralysis in legislative bodies in every nation has occurred for many years, although my only experiences have been with the New Mexico legislature and the Hawaii legislature, to accomplish minor things like prohibiting aspartame and other concerns.

In our efforts in the discussions thus far in the United Nations branch in Santa Fe, the Dakota Nation representative clarified that Mexican mafia have been active in stealing woman and children as far north as South and North Dakota, and in other northern states like Idaho and Montana.

The representative from Turkey stated that similar depredations are taking place on a regular basis in Turkmenistan and Afghanistan.

The representative from Poland has made clear that this occurs a lot in Poland, thanks to cooperation from the Polish government and the orphanages run by the Catholic church, with similar scenarios from Star Media from Belarus.

Upon learning of this in Poland, the Representative of Poland, her mother, and her daughter and I wrote two letters to the President and First Lady of Poland asking them to address these matters, and above to use the help of a courageous activist in this realm, Pawel Bednarz, to become the Polish President's Special Assistant to stop child trafficking and to protect his efforts from those in the criminal mafia element in Poland, which frequently persecuted him for his efforts.

There has been no response, except for the videos of USA-Slovenia's and Poland's First Ladies, having tea and making small talk before a phalanx of television cameras, if such were "making great strides" towards "international peace", which so far has resulted in one international headline to the effect that the USA President and the Poland President had "reached an agreement" that Poland would be the first to have its citizens inoculated "with the new vaccine", in other words, a whole new crop of Polish guinea pigs.

All of this was terrifying to the Polish representative, so I took measures that have perhaps temporarily put that contract between USA and Poland into the international trash heap

[or shall we say 'rubbish pile' or "montanita de basura" "lÄ jÄ shÄ n" Ð Ð ' Ð degrees Ð ''' Ð ' Ð degrees' montanha de lixo" "gabal minn qumama" 'witso' le sojolo' mlima wa takataka bjerg af skrald of discarded broken pacts and treaties, which do abound throughout human history, do they not, eh?

A discreet inquiry from the International Court of Justice of the President of Poland would be appropriate as to whether the contract between the Presidents of Poland and USA is still intact, and if said contract has evaporated, the Court should soundly and heartily commend His Majesty, Felipe 6 of Espana.
