EUCLID - IGO appoints Trade Diplomat Darren Evans as new Commissioner
Secretary General Syed Zahid Ali of the Intergovernmental Organization www.euclid.int today appoints respected trade diplomat, Mr Darren Evans, to be the organization's new Commissioner for Diplomacy & Commerce.

Syed Ali expressed his gratitude to Mr Evans for his willingness to participate in the continuing development of EUCLID, which currently represents the interests of 10 participating countries and has mutual agreements with a plethora of Intergovernmental Organizations woldwide.
As a professional trade diplomat, Evans has served a myriad of countries as, Assistant Trade Commissioner, Economic Adviser, Trade Delegate and Special Envoy and is also an acknowledged expert in the preparation and legalization of documentation intended for international and cross-jurisdictional use. He is a qualified Commissioner for Oaths.
Originally from Birkenhead in the United Kingdom, he comes from a family of diplomats. His father and all three of his brothers are heavily involved in diplomacy His eldest brother Colin Evans , is widely regarded as the world's leading figure in Trade Diplomacy.

EUCLID promotes sustainable development in participating countries. The educational wing, EUCLID University also assists with the training of diplomats and other Government Officials through accredited degree programs.
