Habitat for Humanity is Rapidly Vanishing; high time to focus on what truly matters to us as individuals.

There is zero shadow of a doubt that human extinction is no more than two years away. The habitat change, already well underway, will reduce the habitat for large scale food production to zero, in the very near future, aka about two years. Ok, that is IMO, but watch and pay attention and draw your own conclusions.

I could present several dozen more sites on this, but these are the ones I just copied and skimmed closely. No one wants to announce human extinction right before our eyes, which of course I understand, but as objectively as I can, with a strong background in science, I would call the facts indisputable.

But as always, draw your own conclusions.

Yes, Sam sounds like a hodunk redneck from Texas. Which he is, and which is why I can relate so well to what he has to say, as I am a redneck at heart, and a hodunk offshoot of our species, so-called Homo-sapiens.

I was amazed and amused while I was visiting extended family in Beamsville, Canada, that these tornadoes were striking not far from where I was staying, and but 50 miles from Toronto, where some of my heroes, such as David Swanson and Media Benjamin were attending a conference on ending war, now and forevermore. I wanted to be there but transportation and time did not permit it. Meanwhile, here I was reminded of the age-old question or, "What good is a home, if you have no planet to put it on?" I applaud resoundingly those folks working on specific issues to abate human suffering, and do what I can in my "local territory," and add that this is the kind of thing we should be working on in whatever remains of our life, whilst sitting on death row.

In my run for U.S. Senate against Utah's Orrin Hatch, I posted many progressive ideas and principles that I internalized over the years. I'm leaving that site up indefinitely, since it describes what I believe most members of our species truly (more...)
