I will clearly state at the outset of this Gonzo Journalism article that I will not be deleting my Facebook page or removing myself from the many fine groups in which I participate as commenter, administrator, moderator, and the one I created in the Spring of 2016, Bernie Sanders Advice and Strategies to Win in 2020.
I will, however, present two persuasive arguments by two brilliant people about why they think you should do precisely that, to delete Facebook out of your life.
My hope is assembling these 8400 words is to enlighten readers as to First Amendment concerns in an age of technology and social media, and also to try to persuade Facebook to at least publish its rules to cover all of the gray areas left unexplained even after their 27 page "clarification" on how their censorship actually works.
Evidently, one article by me a few days ago got me put back in Facebook Jail the very next day after it was published. But was it this article or was it that I was to about 20 Facebook groups sharing a short poll from Democracy for America asking the reader to pick who are your favorite top 3 candidates for President in 2020, a perfectly legitimate and straightforward poll, but it obviously must have gone against Facebook's ubiquitous "Community Standards," or maybe against some conservative algorithm robot's sense of right and wrong?
This might be the offending article:
More Facebook Jail; International Lawmakers' Hearing on Facebook in UK: Venting Anger at Mark Zuckerberg's Empty Chair
Here is the poll, by the way, with currently Bernie is at 29%, Biden at 16% and Beto at 14%:

I then sent this letter to Mark Zuckerberg, and the rest usual Facebook top brass, all of the corporate leadership, the ones who never ever answer any such inquiries:
Dear Mr. Zuckerberg: Is there any real reason for my restriction/FB Jail? I was circulating a poll from Democracy for America asking for first, second, and third choices for who should run in 2020. Facebook is making a huge mistake doing this to me, to stomp on my freedom of speech.
This was my note accompanying the poll. What do you find objectionable or as a violation of your "community standards"? My shared post, as follows:
Who should run in 2020? DFA Poll: Please share this widely to groups, in order to help your first, second, and third choices.
