JB: I understand that you're taking on Disney, one of the most iconic of American brands. Is this just a publicity stunt? What're Mickey Mouse and Co. up to that warrants legal action?

JO: Stunt? No. As an attorney, I gather evidence that is admissible in court. In the Disney case, as in all of my cases, I have eyewitnesses and documents from the employer, executives and employees that admit to the conduct my client complained of, which is the exclusion of U.S. workers from the work force. I want to start with the statement that I am not against the individual foreign worker. The individual foreign worker, for the most part, is very similar to the U.S. worker in that he wants to work to feed his family. I do not demonize the individual for doing what is best for his family.

JB: What exactly did Disney Corporation do?

JO: In 2014, Disney's Board of Directors authorized the firing of approximately 800 to 1,000 U.S workers from Disneyworld, Disneyland and the ABC studios in both New York and Burbank, California, to effectuate its NO U.S. WORKER EMPLOYMENT POLICY. Disney required the U.S. workers to train their foreign imported replacements in order to be paid. Disney executives told the U.S. employees "Get used to it. You need to learn to wear a sari [Indian dress] because that is the only place you will ever get a job."

Disney is replacing Americans workers intending to exclude them from any consideration for employment. Competent workers are replaced right here in America by exclusion from equal access to employment -- a right guaranteed by the Constitution - simply because they are American or green card holders.

JB: Are you exaggerating to make a point, James?

JO: Again, no. I merely convey what the evidence says. Theses are not my words but the evidence from other eyewitness sources. I have provided your readers with the links to the actual documents and evidence to read and think for themselves. I do not need to "exaggerate" to make a point because the evidence says it all.

For example, according to reports from both the U.S. Department of State and DHS, the actual numbers of imported foreign workers and foreign students into the U.S. to take jobs AWAY from U.S. workers is 10,766,988. (Foreign students are allowed to come to the U.S. on the pretext to "study" but actually work by taking jobs away from U.S. workers.) These numbers do not include the families of the foreign workers, who also entered the U.S. to work and take even more U.S. jobs from Americans.

There are approximately 157.1 million employed individuals in the United States according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statics. http://www.bls.gov/news.release/empsit.nr0.htm Of the 157 million, approximately 60 million are imported foreign workers who have ALREADY replaced U.S. workers.
