Maybe I have missed it, but I am amazed that we are not

we are not seeing more conspiracy theories as to BP's supposed inability to contain the oil leak.

This oil link is doing poor President Obama uncalculated damage. It could, in the end, be this oil leak, rather than jobs, economy, health care or immigration that costs him his job.

The supposed inability of BP to plug this hole is good news to the GOP beyond their wildest dreams.

So how come people are not saying that BP is getting paid by the anti-Obama camp NOT to plug the hole. Plus, other than Joe Scarborough, a few have talked about this. BP is collecting and refining the oil spilling into the gulf. Yes, I appreciate that their stock price took a hit after "Top Kill' failed but how much is Haliburton willing to pay them, under the table, to damage the President's credibility?

The President, indubitably, Mr. Nice Guy should be more ruthless. He should let Ron Emanuel call shot. I am a Brit, but I wouldn't have any problems if they arrest a few of the BP Executives. That would focus their minds. Plus, get the navy. A few torpedoes would have done more than Top Kill.

So, I am taking all of this with a HUGE pinch of salt. All I know is that President Obama, a decent man, if nothing else, is getting hammered for something that really had nothing to do with him.
