With all these shootings lately in the US-along with the many others over the years-it appears the US is a spawning ground for these crazies who kill so many innocent people indiscriminately in a killing spree.
For sure there are wacko's committing similar crimes in other developed countries. Lately there's the assassination of Shinzo Abe, the former prime minister of Japan. He was shot twice with a pistol and the assailant was soon arrested.
In Europe, South and Central America, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, India, Australia, New Zealand et al, no country is immune from these crimes being committed.
