The Convention is ignored by the US through conduct of the US courts and US justice system, which decriminalized money laundering, and other criminality in the banking system, as well as persons and firearms smuggling by US agencies.

Retaliation by the US and Israeli governments continued in 2013, requiring twice requesting the protection of the Federal German government.
H. Historical perspective - Robber Baron Revival Era.
"Corporate Personhood" is one of the concepts that encapsulates the transformation of the US regime into a state-corporate crime organization, and the role of court corruption in such transformation (sections C2o,p). It also points out the vast similarity between the current era and the Robber Baron Era in the US, following the Civil War and leading into the Great Depression. [xx]
The period was characterized by the buildup of extreme wealth by a few, and the impoverishment of the many.
Notably, the period was also characterized by widespread corruption of the courts, and corruption of the offices of the clerks of the US courts was notorious. The US courts was described in the US Congress as "a burlesque and a sham". [xxi]
By 1886 the US Supreme Court issued the dubious decision record in Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad -- 118 U.S. 394 (1886), which led to "Corporate Personhood".
Today, "Corporate Personhood" is again central to the transformation of the US regime. The 2010 Citizens United decision, based on "Corporate Personhood" created unprecedented power for corporations over politicians and politics in the United States. [xxii] Repeal of "Corporate Personhood" is also the focus of current reform efforts in the United States.
1. Through the implementation and operation of invalid, fraudulent IT systems, the US courts today routinely conduct simulated litigation, abuse the liberty and property of individuals, and place the banks above the law. Such conduct amounts to Organized State-Corporate Crime.
2. Such conduct amounts to serious violation of fundamental human rights of the people of the United States.
3. Such conduct is also central to the current socio-economic crisis, failing banking regulation, and the "Foreclosure Crisis", which resulted in vast increase in poverty and homelessness in the United States and undermined the US middle-class.
4. The validity of any legal and judicial records, originating in the United States, and the validity of any litigation in the US courts should be considered dubious.
