The concerns of the bottom 95 percent of our population (in terms of income and wealth) must once again become paramount in our country's civic imagination. The wealthiest five percent have demonstrated their resilience in every circumstance except outright revolution and confiscation of their wealth. Our infrastructure--both physical and social--must once again take precedence in this country. We must strike so that the entire spectrum, from poor to upper-middle class, can once again become dominant against the ownership class.
