I. Rationale:
Monetary Reform, the policy of the Social Credit New Economics System should be the new state or government policy to effectively address the savage cruelty of debts of many nations, diagnose financial-economic problems and cure poverty in the country and in the world. What can be the major role of the Social Credit Economic System and its Monetary Reform Policy to help the Republic of the Philippines develop a self-reliant and independent national economy...? And similarly what it can do to save the world from debt and poverty traps? The people of the world are educated but must be educated and knowledgeable specifically on monetary reform policy to help mobilize the work for change and justice in the financial-economic fields and ensure to build an environment or condition or pressures upon or through which an all-out war against debt money system that can be launched or sustained until the solutions are implemented for the benefit of all Filipinos and for all people in this planet in the 21st century. Without full education on the main causes of poverty, knowledge, mobilization, commitment, fellowship, cooperation, solidarity of poor and ordinary citizens, families, workers, various sectors and churches and the masses, monetary reform policy of Social Credit cannot successfully be launched and be sustainable in the long-term. Thus, there is an urgent need for 2016 WORLD CONFERENCE/FORUM/WORKSHOP TO HOLD ON SOCIAL CREDIT PHILOSOPHY AND ITS MONETARY REFORM POLICY, ITS RELATED FIELD OF STUDIES ON GENERALLY-BROADER ASPECTS FOR IMPLEMENTATIONS ALL OVER THE WORLD.
II. Major Goal Is To Educate the People on Money Creation:
Introduce the legislation(s) and or in aid of legislation(s), pass it or them urgently in expediency, and implementation of Social Credit Monetary Reform policy in the local government(s), national government(s) with the sponsorship, vouch and cooperation of politicians (partisan or non-partisan), government leaders, businesspeople, private citizens and firms from all over the world.
III. Major Objectives: At the end of the workshops, the participants from various walks of life and sectors from all over the country and all over the world will be able to:
1. Clearly state and identify the nucleus, and various root-causes of poverty, chronic shortage of money, the problems of poverty, corruptions, scams, and economic or financial crisis in various vicious cycles. Global decisive actions are indispensable to end global crisis.
2. See the problems of the devastating effects of interest paid by the Governments to private, commercial, foreign and international banks that control money.
