Richard G. Andrews , of Delaware, to be United States District Judge for the District of Delaware   bio
Cathy Ann Bencivengo, of California, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of California bio
Jeffrey J. Helmick, of Ohio, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Ohio bio     Source

William J. Burns , of Maryland, a Career Member of the Senior Foreign Service with the Personal Rank of Career Ambassador, to be Deputy Secretary of State   bio   Source

The President announced William Jefferson Clinton , 42nd President of the United States of America, would lead the U.S. delegation of Kenneth H. Merten, U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Haiti and Thomas C. Adams, Haiti Special Coordinator, Department of State to the Republic of Haiti to attend the Inauguration of His Excellency Michel Martelly on May 14, 2011. Source
