The President signed into law:

H.R. 4387 , which designated the Federal building in Pensacola, Florida, as the Winston E. Arnow Federal BuildingH.R. 5651, which designated the Federal building and United States courthouse in Rapid City, South Dakota, as the Andrew W. Bogue Federal Building and United States CourthouseH.R. 5706, which designated the building occupied by the Government Printing Office in Pueblo, Colorado, as the Frank Evans Government Printing Office BuildingH.R. 5773, which designated the Federal building in Baltimore, Maryland, commonly known as the Social Security Administration Operations Building, as the Robert M. Ball Federal BuildingH.R. 5758, which designated the facility of the United States Postal Service in Fall River, Massachusetts, as the Sergeant Robert Barrett Post Office Building
H.R. 6162, the "Coin Modernization, Oversight, and Continuity Act of 2010," which required the Treasury Department to submit a biennial report to Congress:  (1) analyzing possible new metallic materials or technologies for the production of circulating coins; and (2) making recommendations for any appropriate changes to the metallic content of circulating coinsH.R. 6166, the "American Eagle Palladium Bullion Coin Act of 2010 ," which authorized Treasury to produce palladium bullion coins for sale to investors if an independent marketing study demonstrated adequate demand to ensure that the coins could be minted and issued at no net cost to taxpayers

The President signed an Executive Order establishing the White House Council for Community Solutions. The Council was commissioned to provide advice to the President on the best ways to mobilize citizens, nonprofits, businesses and government to work more effectively together to solve specific community needs.

The President held a working meeting with business leaders at the Blair House that lasted for more than four hours and included discussions on ideas for investment in innovation and entrepreneurship, reforming the education system in the United States and providing better training and preparation for workers, opening up global markets through trade and export promotion, taking a balanced approach to regulation that promoted, rather than undermined, economic growth and encouraging investment in the United States. The President signed into law:

H.R. 6118 , which designated the facility of the United States Postal Service located in Washington, D.C., as the "Dorothy I. Height Post Office" 
H.R. 4994, the "Medicare and Medicaid Extenders Act of 2010," which delayed for one year a reduction in Medicare physician payments that would otherwise take effect on January 1, 2011; extended other expiring Medicare and Medicaid payment provisions; changed limits on the amount of excess health insurance tax credits that must be repaid to the Government; and made other Medicare and Medicaid clarifications and adjustments 
S. 2847, the "Commercial Advertisement Loudness Mitigation or the "CALM Act," which required the Federal Communications Commission to prescribe a regulation limiting the volume of audio on commercials transmitted by television broadcast stations, cable operators, and other multichannel video programming distributors.   Source
