It's time to reject the myths, expose the lies, and replace this cruel system, with its clownish figureheads, with a system which marries not state power to corporate wealth but state authority to public consent, in order to complete the American Revolution, and create for the first time a democratic republic truly "of, for, and by the people" and based on our founding principles of "equality, liberty, and consent of the governed".
Myths create "manufactured consent"; exposing myths will allow us to replace the illusion of consent with genuine democratic support. The oafishness of Trump and the dangers he presents may be our best chance to expose this vast class warfare and begin to replace it with a democratic and sustainable future if we can avoid destroying the progressive movement with denunciations, purges, and banishments in our own community.
