Ukraine adopted a new law to be labeled according to the livestock according to EU law. Poroshenko guarantees the meat and dairy consumers as a "safe product". The cost will be taken over by the state, which de facto is on the verge of bankruptcy. Therefore, "aid money from Brussels" will be used to subsidize Ukrainian agriculture. The European market could be opened for the Ukrainian livestock. For those affected by the Russia sanctions, farmers, that would be a new, unwanted competition.

The United States falter on their financial assistance for Ukraine and put more advisers in the government in Kiev. This should help about going to regulate Ukrainian agriculture and using new technologies to increase oil and gas production. In addition democratic institutions are constructed according to the needs of Americans - including a news program in Russian.
