Congress shall pass no law that disallows the individuals right to self-abuse.

Presidential Decree by Order of Congress

There shall be no further attempt to legislate, with no harm to another, the individual’s morality. To this end Police organizations are ordered to stand down.

Suicide is Not a Crime

Homelessness is Not a Crime

Prostitution is Not a Crime

Adult Recreational Drug Use is Not a Crime

Gambling is Not a Crime

Nudity is Not a Crime

By Order of the President All Federal Prisoners Not Incarcerated For A Violent Act Are To Be Released Immediately.

Uncomplicated felony laws that so protect the person’s rights to live life as he or she may choose, that becoming a habitual lawbreaker takes a real concentrated effort.

The birthing here of the individuals, ‘natural’ freedom, with the rule of law, of course, but the only true felony crime is an act of violence.

Do consider, that stealing and lying are both a form of violence. I propose that theft, even in the form of a vacant home burglary, is a form of violence as are all forms of stealing. Arriving to your home in the wake of an unauthorized entry by a maladjusted individual who has been unable to learn to control the violence that trashed your home. Compounding the pain by leaving with irreplaceable family keepsakes and the new sound system which demanded over six months in the saving and the ‘doing without.’ This and similar circumstances do often cause the victim trauma in many different forms. Quite common is the strong belief that the victim has been violated with the symptoms identical with that of the physically assaulted and such trauma can take years with professional help to overcome. This is a form of violence. Ask anyone who has had the experience.

Increase the penalties for violent crime. Especially, the slightest harm to a child.

I suppose the return of the public hanging for child abuse might be a bit much. Nice thought though. What about stocks in the public square?
